As a highly sensitive child who didn't belong in her family or at school, and was treated like a scapegoat...I always wondered how I would handle adult life...that I should enjoy being a child when I hated it. Well I'm here to tell that innocent child that life gets tougher but you get stronger. You find people who grow with you and support you as you support them. You find safety in others and you know you will be ok. Because you've always picked yourself out. You've always made it out better than you ever were before. And you will continue to do so again and again because pain will never go away.
